Corporate Governance at DMTC
DMTC’s approach to effective corporate governance is grounded in our constituting and governing documents, and supported by a robust suite of policies and procedures. These documents ensures that funds and assets are used responsibly and in alignment with DMTC’s strategic objectives. The executive team plays a central role in this framework, providing oversight of program activities, expenditure and conduct, with regular reporting to DMTC’s Board of Directors.
We benchmark our governance practices against the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Principles and Recommendations, and conduct ongoing reviews of our policies, procedures and operations to ensure alignment with DMTC’s strategic purpose, as set out in the DMTC Constitution.
Copies of DMTC policies and procedures, as well as copies of the company's statutory financial reports, are available on request.
