Industry Uplift

DMTC leverages an agile program structure to help Australian industry to achieve a ‘fit-for-Defence’ posture. With the aim of bolstering Australia’s supply chain security and diversity of supply in line with Sovereign Defence Industrial Priorities, DMTC delivers targeted uplift activities and distributes best practice technologies, innovations and technical processes – many originating from previous DMTC R&D projects – with businesses embedded in Defence and national security value chains.

Defence and other government stakeholders benefit from these initiatives due to DMTC’s vendor- and even sector-agnostic approach. This approach supports the development of resilient, robust, competitive national supply chains, reduces sovereign risk and increases the competitiveness of businesses supporting Australian Government procurements.
